I am a fully qualified Driving Vehicle Standards Association, Approved Instructor. With over 10 years experience instructing in Edinburgh, covering the Currie and Musselburgh Test Centre areas. I grew up in Edinburgh. Before becoming an approved driving instructor I worked various jobs across the motor, financial & customer service industry.

 

My Teaching Style 

​I pride myself on being diverse in my approach to instruction and understand that not everyone has the same way of learning. You may be an experienced driver in need of a UK license, have additional learning needs, a careful mature learner or perhaps you lack confidence. I try to have a laid back, patient, pupil centred approach. Using active learning techniques to adapt to the needs of each learner.

Pricing

I want my prices to be among the best around. I regularly check my competitors to keep it that way. I offer a new driver, 2 hours deal and various other discounted packages for block bookings and intensive courses.

  

The Test And Beyond

Learning does not stop at the test, I am a Pass Plus registered instructor. If you wish to gain experience on some of the roads not available to you during your driving lessons eg. Motorways or muilti lane roundabouts this is the course for you. It might also reduce the cost of driving insurance. See the DVSA website for details.

Your Driving School Car

I take pride in the condition and cleanliness of your tuition car. When you pay for lessons the vehicle should be of a high standard. My car is a manual, 2016 Seat Leon sc fr, 1.4 150bhp. It has an eco driving mode which reduces emissions and power, lightens the steering to assist town driving and reverse manoeuvres. Convenience items include... climatic air conditioning, rear parking sensors, automatic rain sensing wipers and automatic lighting.​​
